so like i said, in case you aren't following me on the other social media madness sites then here's the scoop
Because I am an aspiring children's wear designer, I was so excited to find this site that promotes indie designer. It's a recent start up. They publish a design brief for each of their design contests, you then submit designs, and have friends vote on yours, and you can just vote for the ones you like. You request an invite, but then you have in an each time they release the collection entries that made it to the voting process.

Boys wear is a first for me, generally I stick to girls wear, because, well I was one, and I still am one at heart, but I like the challenge of boys, and I actually really like some of the designs, my designs are like my actual children, haha I spend so much time on them and get so attached to them. But this whole thing is a great learning process, and I really hadn't been designing much since I graduated a few years ago, so this has been great to get me inspired again, and remembering why I actually went into design in the first place.
**lastly if anyone knows any good free design apps let me know, at work I use a PC so I use
TwistedBrush Open studio wich I LOVEEEEEEEEE, absolutly loveeee, I use the free version too, so I'm sure if you actually get the paid version its a lot better, So I was actually sad to find out you can't download it on a mac yet, which is what I have at home, obviously I would love to use photoshop and illustrator, but they are just not in my budget at the moment, So I did buy a $30 software thats similar to photoshop, its ok its a little more complicated than twisted brush, if they combined both apps though it would probably be the best software everrrr
