Sorry it took so long for me to do the write up on this set, the first month of 2012 has been quite the crazy one. I found this great runway makeup picture, on the
eyeshadow lipstick website. It is from the Balmain 2001 fall runway. The outfit featured in this is from the Balmain Spring 2012 collection, but I thought both the 2001 makeup and the 2012 garments went great together in this set. I loved the whole spanish matador vibe of their collection. Hard metal accents adorned their accessoires giving them an edgy ethnic flair. I love the statement that this clutch makes. It is so vibrant and embelished that I wanted to pair it with an outfit a little more neutral. I myself, have never worn leather shorts, but Iove the look of these mini shorts. Because they are so edgy I paired them with a more feminine tuxedo blouse(here you'll see evidence of another spring 2012 trend,
menswear in womenswear). I absolutly love these stilettos, the metal accents give them such a demanding presence, it makes me want to grab a red cape and step out into the bull pen.... well maybe not. These pieces are pricey so I will try and post an additional set of pieces for you fashionistas on a budget like me.
