i dont understand.
Sunday was my day off and we decided to go to the beach early so this required me to get up at my usual time of 8 am, now why on sunday did I have no problem getting up and getting going. I had gone to bed later than I usually do when I have work the next day, I figured if I was tired I could nap at the beach, i did end up napping later but not until 6 and I blame that on heat exhaustion. Now monday rolls around, I had slept a good 9 hrs and woke up at 8. It is extremely difficult for me to pull myself out of bed, I even hit the snooze button for 5 extra minutes, not that it does anything but the thought of pealing myself from my bed sounded horrible. So finally I get up and was not hit by any surge of energy I just get progressivley more tired even after I've had breakfast (both days consisted of no coffee, long story)Maybe its because I just sit at work staring at a computer screen, I'm not really exerting myself but all i feel like doing is sleeping in the back room. Now i gurantee tomorrow my day off I will be wide awake at 8 am
