so cliche right?
but seriously after seeing pictures of myself at a christmas party I attended over the weekend I was in shock at how heavy I looked. I mean I have been avoiding the scale lately because I know that my eating habits over the past month have been atrocious. Well its find monday through wednesday then the weekend roles around and for an unemployed person like myself the weekend consists of thursday through sunday, and all hell breaks lose. Cheeseburgers, buffalo chicken pizza, french fries, ant kind of fast food, all mixed in with some nightly alcohol consumption. So I shouldnt have been surprised at the current state of my body weight but it really doesnt hit you until you're trying to get into your holiday outfit that fit good last year and now is lookin kinda snug. So last night I had my last fast food fixe a.k.a. some taco bell and now plan on getting back on the healthy food band wagon excluding christmas eve christmas day and new years eve. But what I'm really hoping for, short term is too shed acouple of these extra pounds by new years eve, not that I have anything special planned but it is again one of those days where me and my friends like to get dressed up and take lots of pictures soo thats why I plan to detox.. raw fruits and vegetables for the next 11 days? along with exercise so hopefully i can cleanse some of the toxins from this month out of my system. I had planned on starting today but was hit wit a snag when it decided to snoww and I really don't intend on dragging stella to the grocery store in the snow(stella is my car) and I'm not really in possession of any raw fruits or vegetables right now soooo I'm not sure what to do ughhh
